Jagdgeschwader 26 (JG 26) Schlageter was a German fighter-wing. It was named after Albert Leo Schlageter, a World War I veteran, Freikorps member, arrested and executed by the French for sabotage in 1923. The wing fought predominantly against the Western Allies.

Company History

The Company of Eagles was established in 1985 by an Air Force veteran.

The company was re-established under new ownership in 2014 after passing of the founder and his son. The business was left to the son’s life long friend who was there to see the building of the company from the beginning and still uses the same family of craftsmen to create these magnificent emblems. Our promise was, and remains to continue the legacy of the Bergsmann family business. The new ownership has been in the apparel trades since 2004 and combined these two businesses into a single operation.
